Autoclaved Aerated Concrete is made of material that contains voids (air bubbles) throughout that generate a low-density lightweight material when it is fired in an autoclave oven. It is highly workable and can be cut and drilled with conventional tools cement, and an expansion agent that causes the fresh mixture to rise like bread dough (contains 80% air). The mixture is molded and cut into precisely dimensioned units. Products are a range of blocks, mini-panels, horizontal and vertical RC and non-RC panels, lintels, roof insulation (AAC)can be reinforced with steel or other structural members for additional strength. It can be easily installed by concrete masons and can be used in all buildings types, structural and non-structural elements, cladding blocks etc...
