Stimulate MMC supply & increase its competitiveness by:
  • Attract providers of modern and future construction methods
  • Activating various of financing services to support the construction of new factories, and expansion / modernization of existing ones
  • Improve communication channels with the Saudi Industrial Development Fund and manage relationships
  • Provide non-financial services to suppliers of modern and future construction methods (including consulting, value engineering...) to increase their production efficiency.
Enable the demand for modern method of construction.
Increase the rate of take-up of modern construction methods through:
  • Match-making developers with MMC providers / contractors
  • Collaboration with the housing system to increase the use of modern construction methods (Sharakat, developmental housing, self-construction product...)
  • Supporting in the MMC delivery of selected public sector projects
  • Setting up an MMC marketplace
Embrace and invest in FMC
Shape and lead the transformation of the construction industry by
  • Scouting and localizing advanced technology providers
  • Supporting local FMC innovation
  • Increasing FMC awareness
  • Inhance the collaboration with the stakeholders to boost the industry of FMC
Increasing competence with the modern methods of construction
Raise skills and capabilities in modern and future construction methods through:
  • Identifying the key skills gaps in the BT sector
  • Creating standardized curricula and competency framework for BT
  • Delivering trainings and expert advisory to bridge the skills gaps
  • Operationalizing advisory services to support existing BT factories
  • Publishing BT related content and publications
